> How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours upon successful order placement. If you have not received an email, please check your spam/junk folder.
> What is my order ID?
If you created an account or were logged in, you may check your order ID by logging into ‘My Account’. You will be able to view all orders and order IDs under the ‘Orders’ tab.
If you checked out as a guest, you may check the receipt sent to the email address you used during checkout.
> I’m having issues checking out, what should I do?

> Can I change delivery address/ phone number/ recipient for an order I have placed?
