> How do I purchase from Ecovitta?
You may place an order on our website or purchase from any of our authorized distributors. Please refer to the ‘Others’ tab on our FAQ page to see the full list of distributors.
> How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours upon successful order placement. If you have not received an email, please check your spam/junk folder.
> What is my order ID?
If you created an account or were logged in, you may check your order ID by logging into ‘My Account’. You will be able to view all orders and order IDs under the ‘Orders’ tab.
If you checked out as a guest, you may check the receipt sent to the email address you used during checkout.
> I’m having issues checking out, what should I do?

> What payment options are available?
Our website currently accepts:
- Debit/Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay)
- FPX/Online Banking (Affin Bank, Alliance Bank, AMBank, Bank Islam, Bank Rakyat, BSN, CIMB, HLB, HSBC, KFH, M2U, OCBC, PBB, RHB, Standard Charted Bank, UOB, Muamalat)

> What is ShopBack? How does it work?
Checking out with ShopBack allows you to pay your order in 3 monthly installments at 0% interest! For more information check out ShopBack Installments.
> Can I change delivery address/ phone number/ recipient for an order I have placed?
If your order has not been shipped please contact our customer service immediately, we will try our best to assist you.
> Can I cancel an order I have placed?
If your order has not been shipped please contact our customer service immediately.
> Is there an invoice included/Can I have an invoice?
As part of our initiative to reduce waste, invoices are available upon request. Please message us and we will gladly send you a copy.
> I received an incomplete/ incorrect/ damaged/ defective order, what should I do?
Please contact our customer service and we will assist you as soon as possible. Please have your order ID and clear photos/videos ready for us to assist you quickly.
> What are my shipping options and how much does it cost?
All orders above RM150 for Malaysia & Singapore ship free. Orders below RM150 will be charged a flat rate of RM10 for Malaysia and RM30 for Singapore.
For arrangement via other courier services (e.g: lalamove, grab, etc.) please contact our customer service. Delivery costs under this option will not be covered by Ecovitta.
For all other international orders, please contact our customer service to place an order.
> Where does Ecovitta ship to?
Delivery is currently available to all states in Malaysia and Singapore. For all other countries, please contact our customer service.
> How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Upon confirmation, you should expect to receive your order within 5-7 working days for West Malaysia or 7-14 working days for East Malaysia and Singapore.
> How do I track my order?
An email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. You may follow the instructions in the email to track your order. Alternatively, you may check your order status by logging into ‘My Account’ and checking under the ‘Orders’ tab.
> What are Ecovitta’s return and refund policies?
Orders can be returned within 90 days from the date of purchase. Products returned must be in original condition with original packaging and labels to be considered for refund. Proof of purchase is needed for refund to be issued.
If you have purchased your Ecovitta from a branch outside of Malaysia, please contact the relevant branch directly.
> How do I register my product / activate my warranty?
Click here to register your product. Fill in the required details on the form and click ‘Register’ to submit. We will then verify and process your information. You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been processed successfully. We will reach out if further information is needed.
> What is my product’s serial number?
You may find your product’s serial number located on the label on your machine. It is a 16 digit code.
> Where do I find my purchase date?
You may find your purchase date on the receipt sent to the email you registered with at checkout. Alternatively, you can log into your account and check your order details under the ‘Orders’ tab.
> How long is my product’s warranty?
Each main product has a 12 month limited warranty period from the date of purchase. Extended warranty is available as an add-on of 2 or 3 years from the date of purchase.
For basic 1 year warranty, products must be registered online within 90 days of purchase, otherwise warranty will be void.
>What does my product’s warranty cover?
Ecovitta’s product warranty covers against manufacturing defects.
Please note, use of unauthorized parts and services may damage your product and will void the product warranty.
> How do I become a community member?
Ecovitta owners are eligible to become community members, if you have purchased a product from us, you may register to become a member here. Those who have activated their warranty have automatically been considered as community members.
> What benefits do I get as an Ecovitta owner / community member?
Community member benefits can be found here. We’re continually working on bringing our members more and more perks. We have some exciting things coming – stay tuned!
> Does Ecovitta have any physical stores?
Not yet! We’re working on bringing an in-store experience to you.
> Who are Ecovitta’s authorized distributors?
